In our traditional cultures, the examination often means the biggest thing in life. It relates your future. To have best wishes, parents might dress in red. The person with the closest relationship accompanies them to the examination room, carrying the most exquisite bouquet of flowers. Society often helps candidates who encounter special circumstances during exams to go to the exam venue.

For young people like me who have just experienced it in 2024, Gaokao is like a super portal from a student to a member of society. It's not so much about having a lot of freedom after the exams, but in fact, it's about being confused and not knowing where to go. Before Gaokao, parents always said, 'You only need to study and prepare for the exams now, instead of thinking about other things unrelated to learning'.

There are 3 months to have fun and think about what to do in the next life stages. I traveled to Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Sichuan because of interests. After that, I enrolled in a college. For the evaluation of society, such a undergraduate degree is often a very ordinary thing. At least that's how I see it, I don't have as outstanding results as others. I feel like there are too many things I want to do, but many of them haven't even started the first step yet.
